If Fenris or Anders are queued and she is spoken to before returning home (as indicated by the presence of a "Bad Poet" NPC dressed in purple), this will trigger her "breakup" dialogue, in which she mentions the queued companion, even if that relationship has yet to be consummated.
Tash is a qunari warrior and member of the Lords of Fortune, a guild of treasure hunters based out of Rivain. That explains all the gold jewelry and the emerald horn. Tash is also referred to Vencedor contact me a "dragon hunter," which totals up to a lot of similarities to The Iron Bull, a romanceable companion from Inquisition also written by Weekes.
If all you want is the game itself, the standard edition is the one to get. Note that the PC version is $10 cheaper than the console version, and that it’s Steam Deck verified. Very exciting.

Her dialogue favors Fenris with contact me both of the men queued at the same time, and she makes no mention of Merrill until after she has moved in, thus the dialogue does signal the end of the romance. Recruiting Isabela is optional. You will need to complete the “Fools Rush In” quest for her to become an active party member. If you do not complete this quest you will not be able to recruit her, even then she is important for parts of the story.
